RAS supplies high-precision and high-performance titanium pipe fittings for industrial, chemical, marine, medical, aerospace and power generation systems. Our product range covers titanium elbow, tee, reducer, pipe cap, flange, nipple and custom pipe connection parts to match seamless titanium pipe and tubing systems.
We provide two mainstream titanium grades for different working conditions:
- Grade 2 Pure Titanium: Excellent corrosion resistance, ductile and easy for forming. Ideal for seawater desalination, chemical pipelines, heat exchangers and general industrial fluid delivery systems.
- Grade 5 Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V): Ultra high strength-to-weight ratio, stable mechanical performance under high pressure and high temperature. Perfect for aerospace, energy equipment and high-load precision piping systems.

Standards & Customization
Our titanium pipe fittings are manufactured in compliance with ASTM, DIN and ISO standards. We support metric and imperial sizes, custom diameter, wall thickness, bending angle and special structural fittings according to customer drawings or specifications.
